Poster Presentation Guidelines

Thank you for your active participation in the upcoming 2025 INC & EAFONS conference and congratulations once again on the selection of your abstract for presentation.

The revision of your abstract through the conference website is available until December 9 (Mon), after which it will no longer be possible to revise your abstract.

The 2025 INC&EAFONS will feature poster presentations through an E-Poster display system. Please submit your poster file according to the provided guidelines by December 30 (Mon), 2024.

E-Poster Display

Guidelines for Submitting Your Poster File

1.    File Format: Please ensure that your poster is saved and submitted in PDF format to guarantee compatibility with the e-poster display system and preserve the integrity of your design. 

     The poster title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and the corresponding author’s email address should be clearly displayed at the top

2.    Dimensions: posters should be formatted to the dimensions of Width: 77 cm and Height: 138 cm. Verify that your design adheres to these dimensions to avoid any display issues.

3.    File Naming: Please name your file clearly, using your abstract number and last name, to facilitate easy identification and retrieval. For example: 'Smith_J_ABST-001111.pdf.

4.    Submission Deadline: Please submit your poster file by December 30, 2024, to ensure it is uploaded to the e-poster display system in good time.

5.    Upload Instructions: Please log into your account, navigate to your abstract submission on ‘MY PAGE’ and upload your pdf file.

6.    Confirmation: After submitting your file, please verify its successful upload by downloading the file from the upload window in ‘My Abstract Submission’ for preview

7.    Technical Support: If you encounter difficulties during the submission process, contact inc2025eafons@jeongcom.com. 

      Ensure this is done well ahead of the deadline to allow sufficient time for resolution.
