The INC 2025 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. All conference abstracts must be submitted online via the "Online Submission System“. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. The presentation format may be changed following review by the Scientific Committee. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract. All participants must register online, we will not accept any registrations by email, fax, or postal mail.
Theses guidelines are for general participants, not invited speakers.
All abstracts are required to be submitted exclusively through the online submission system before the deadline of Oct. 30, 2024.
◈ Please utilize the online abstract submission system available on the conference website www.inc2025eafons.com Ensure that you follow the specified submission formats for your abstracts. Authors are responsible for reviewing and correcting their abstracts prior to submission. Abstract submitters must adhere to the specified submission formats and are accountable for any typographical errors in their abstracts.
Applicants must register on the conference website to submit their abstracts.
All submissions and presentations must be composed in grammatically correct English.
Each applicant must indicate whether their abstract is intended for oral or poster presentation.
All abstracts should include a concise, clear statement of the aims, methods, results and conclusions of the research.
Additionally, the title must not exceed 30 words and should succinctly reflect the content of the abstract.
The abstract body must be between 200 and 300 words.
Please provide two to four keywords, listed in alphabetical order.
Note that tables, diagrams, images, abbreviations, and references are not permitted within the abstract.
Ensure that all co-authors' names, including that of the presenter, are accurately filled out to avoid omissions in the abstract book.
Reviewers reserve the right to reassign submitted abstracts to different sessions or presentation types.

No additional proofreading or corrections will be permitted after the submission deadline. Authors are responsible for ensuring their submissions are free of typos and grammatical errors.
Authors may select their preferred presentation type (oral or poster); however, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Program Committee following their review.
An acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this confirmation, it means that your abstract has not been received. If your abstract was successfully submitted, but you did not receive the confirmation, check that the correct email address is registered on this website.

All submitted abstracts will undergo a thorough review by the Scientific Program Committee, following established review procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting and abstract submitting authors by Nov. 15, 2024.
The presenting author must confirm their attendance by replying to the acceptance notification promptly.
→ Abstract Withdrawal
If the presenting author of an accepted abstract fails to register by December 20, 2024, the abstract will be automatically removed from the final program.
