  • Students are requested to submit a certificate of enrollment to verify their status to the secretariat by e-mail (reg@jeongcom.com).
  • Group registration fees are reduced by 10% for groups of more than 10 people if registered by November 20, 2024.

Payment Methods

Full payment must be made by the deadlines. A confirmation email will be issued once the payment has cleared.

Credit Card

  • Payment by credit card is only accepted through the online registration system.
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be borne by the registrants.

Bank Transfer

  • All bank and/ or remittance charges are to be borne by the registrants.
  • The sender's name must match the registrant's name.
  • Please email a copy of the wire transfer slip to the 15th INC & 28th EAFONS Secretariat (reg@jeongcom.com) after including the registrant's name on the bank remittance receipt.
  • Please be mindful of the registration deadlines. Registration fees are based on the date your payment is received in the account. If the payment is not received by the deadline, the fees will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Only written cancellations will be accepted.
  • Please send your cancellation request by email to reg@jeongcom.com).
  • Refunds will be issued to prepaid participants based on the cancellation date.
  • Refunds will be processed by cancelling the credit card transaction before the pre-registration date or via bank transfer upon the conclusion on the 15th INC & EAFONS.
  • All bank charges will be the responsibility of the registrant.
  • Refer to the cutoff dates for cancellations below.
